On Friday 11 March 2016, INYS gave another succesful pre-departure training at Haarlemmermeer Lyceum in Hoofddorp! We were invited to give insights on intercultural matters and prepared a language workshop.
In less then 5 weeks students of the Haarlemmermeer Lyceum Hoofddorp will go on an exchange to explore and volunteer in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. At the same time parents (of these students) will host exchange students from Indonesia. As everyone is very excited about the trip proper preparation was seen as an important factor to make it succesful.
We wish all the students, parents and teachers good luck with the last preparations and lots of fun and enjoyment in Indonesia. May the exchange be educational and memorable. And may it contribute to the strenghtening of the bilateral ties and shape global minds!
