Today we were present at the INS seminar at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Bernard Wientjes shared his findings about his visit together with PM Rutte to Indonesia last month. After his encouraging presentation the 2013 Linggadjati awards were presented by former Ambassador van Dam to former Ministers Bot and Wirajuda for their hard work, which paved the way for better Indonesian-Netherlands relations. We congratulate Dr Bot and Dr Wirajuda for receiving this award and at the same time want to thank them for setting a great example for the young Dutch and Indonesians of today.
