Frans Seda was an impressive public speaker on a wide range of topics of regional and international significance. Central to many speeches was the importance of individual and social ethics in economics and politics. Inspired by his legacy, an annual public lecture will be held, alternately in Indonesia and the Netherlands. The first lecture will be deliverd at Tilburg University, the Netherlans, on 21st March 2014 by mr. Jos van Gennip. The second one will probably take place in Jakarta in October 2014 and be combine with the bi-annual Frans Seda Award Ceremony for Ecemplary Citizenship.
